Day
1 Pickup from NJP Station and transfer to Darjeeling. Overnight at the
hotel at Darjeeling. Evening kept free for a visit to the mall.
Day
2 Start from the early in the morning and visit the Tiger Hill to
witness the magnificent Sunrise on the Mt. Kanchendzonga. On the way back
visit the Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Back to the hotel and after
breakfast proceed for the sightseeing of the Himalayan Mountaineering
Institute, Padwaja Naidu Zoological Garden, Labong Race Course, Ropeway,
Happy Valley Tea Estate, Tenzing Rock, Lal Kuthi. Come back to the hotel in
the evening. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 After
breakfast depart from the hotel and transfer to Gangtok. Check In at the
hotel. Evening kept free for shopping and Curio hunting. Overnight at hotel
Day
4 After breakfast proceed from hotel, and visit the Rumtek Monastery,
Botanical Garden, Chorten Stupa, Institute of Tibetology, Cottage Industry,
Flower Show, Nam Nang View Point, Palace Gate, Assembly House. Back to the
hotel
Day 5 After breakfast proceed for Tsomgo
(changu)Lake at an altitude of 12,000 ft. Back to the hotel. Evening Free
for leisure activity.
Day 6 After breakfast
transfer to Kalimpong (3hrs drive). Evening free. Overnight at hotel
Day
7 After breakfast full day sight seeing. Evening free for shopping &
personal activities. Overnight at hotel.
Day 8
After breakfast transfer to NJP/IXB to catch the train for your
destination
